| Recent Review: | | The manager of this apartment complex is rude. She is never in the office. The assistant manager is even more rude than the manager. Their maintanence crew does never do their job. I have one of the sinks in the toilet backing up reported this insident 3 times, and when finally they got to it they use some kind of acid that destroyed everything that was under that sink. I called the manager and left several messages, and she never called to even give me an apology. Not to mention that there was a break in every month. There were several roberies in the year that I lived there. |

| Recent Review: | | I was not happy with my experience at Westpark.I found the office staff to be cold and often rude.One neighbor had the wheel (no, not the tire, the wheel) stolen off their car and another had their gas siphoned several times.After a group of college students moved in next door, there was no parking and they had loud parties until 3 and 4 am at least two nigths a week.Not only I but the people on the other side of me called the police more than once.While the entry grounds are lovely, the condition of the grounds behind the townhouses and in front of some of them is deplorable.The townhomes had no walkway out of the back or sidewalk in back where you were supposed to park. |

| Recent Review: | | When I first started looking for apartments in January of 2003, I was shocked at how many I found disgusting!!And what was even worse, the managers were more then willing to show them to me!!I wanted to go somewhere where I felt comfortable, not a lot of nosy people, kind managers and helpers and when I found Yorktowne I was more then surprised at the Managers kindness.She was more then willing to show me around, help me out, was kind and every time I had to call the leasing office, she was always there to lend a helping hand.When my kitchen sink started leaking, the maintenance men were there to help and they were very kind too!!All I had to do was call the leasing office to make sure they had a form filled out and it was fixed the next day!!Not, only that, but Yorktowne is not far from the South County Mall to go shopping, next to I-55 and 270, which is a great location!Don't judge it by it's outside, actually come and see the inside of an apartment and you will be more then surprised! |
