| Recent Review: | | Apple apartments is a decent place to live. It is VERY close to air force base. Office management was not up to par. We moved out and still to this date haven't gotten out deposit back. Affordable, and good for short term military families. |

| Recent Review: | | The apartment is in good shape when things are broken they are ususally fixed very quickly. Noise is another matter altogether. Kids run around screaming at all hours, they run up and down the stairs outside and dont even live in that building. I sometimes think they just want the apartment full and dont care what type of people they move in. Security is a joke!!!! There is not enough security. They dont patrol like they are suppose to. The lights are always burned out, you have to walk to the laundry in the dark. If the noise was controlled and we had a better security system this would be a good place. |

| Recent Review: | | I PERSONALY LOVE MY APARTMENT. IT IS A GREAT PLACE FOR YOUNG ADULTS WHO ARE JUST STARTING OU ON THEIR OWN. I HAVE A 1 BEDROOM APARTMENT AND IT IS ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL. IT IS VERY AFFORDABLE. AND WHEN I SAY AFFORDABLE I MEAN IT. MY RENT IS VERY INEXPENSIVE AND THE COMPLEX PAYS WATER AND CABLE!!! VERY NICE MANAGER. SHE IS A WONDERFUL PERSON TO RENT FROM. IT IS JUST A MINUTE FROM THE BEACH, PASS RD, AND KEESLER AIR FORCE BASE. |

| Recent Review: | | We are military, and only stayed here for 4 months, but it was a great experience for us.We were close to the beach, the apartment grounds had tons of plants and flowers, and they even liked our dog.The office staff was always pleasant, and any requests I had were attended to quickly.I know of at least 3 other military couples who lived in "the ghetto apartment complexes" that are all around in Biloxi and our friends loved coming to visit our apartment and to swim in the pool. There was a stabbing at another complex and the stereo was stolen out of a guy's car who lived a couple streets down from us. We never really had any problems at all. |

| Recent Review: | | I moved into Oak Grove a month ago and the staff is very friendly!Laurie and Adrianne are great managers!!The property is well maintained and the apartment is everything i had hoped it to be.NO SURPRISES!!The maitenance is very prompt, which is a first for me!!GREAT LIVING on the coast so far!! |
