| Recent Review: | | Sadly in the last nine to twelve months the Hampton House Apartment Complex has been on a rapid downward slide. The office staff members are all new and do not appear qualified or competent to manage a property of this size. The single maintenance person although of superb caliber is over extended with no one to help him and has been injured on the job.Turnover of tenants is accelerating day by day. Landscaping seems limited to grass cutting. Insect and rodent infestation is not attended to adequately. Stray dogs and cats are numerous. The plumbing and outside drains are old, poorly maintained, and overwhelmed. The unfortunate crime problems may be alleviated by hiring security guards, greater care in screening prospective renters, and by installation of security fencing and gates.Many older complexes provide safe pleasant living environments. The Hampton House is not in that category. |

| Recent Review: | | I lived there for 3 years and enjoyed the experience! The management is friendly and very ontop of everything. The maintanence is great. You put in a work order and within the hour someone is there to fix your request. They have two pools and landry rooms which are all kept nice and clean. The walls aren't thin, so you don't hear everything your neighbor is doing. Actually, I lived in a roommate plan apartment on the bottom floor, the lady that lived above me had two small children and I never heard anything out of them at all. My apartment was also right next to the on site playground and the children that played there were always supervised and respectful. The management always had social events planned for the residents during holidays and summer months. It was a wonderful place to live...Move there! need I say more? |
