| Recent Review: | | Management was very friendly and the few times I had any repair issues (i.e. toilet) someone was at my apt w.i a matter a minutes to handle.The layout of the apartments are spacious and private.Great view as well as plenty of space.I am moving next week to another state with my job and doubt I will be able to find such a great apartment as well as management!Highly recommended to all!! |

| Recent Review: | | I have lived at The Trace for 5 years.It is so quiet and peaceful.The view here is out of this world.The office staff does a great job to take care of my needs and the maintenance guys come quickly when I need something fixed.If you want to live in an apartment where you don't have to worry about anything, come here |

| Recent Review: | | I do not recommend Van Mark apartments as a safe environment to live in. The apartment buildings all need remodeling. The wood steps leading to upper level apartments are old and unsafe. Most fixtures, appliances, and floors within the apartments need replacing.During the 2005 year, there have been more burglaries in which Van Mark is concealing from their residents. They would rather jeopardize their residents' safety in order to get paid rent each month.Also note that maintenance will enter an apartment at any hour without permission, regardless of if there is an emergency. I awoke one morning at 4:30 a.m. to have a strange man in my den. There was no flood or fire, but the maintenance man had come in to check a noise that another resident (that did not live below or beside me) had heard.The apartment office is managed poorly and is not truly concerned about residents' safety. |
