| Recent Review: | | We moved into this complex 3 years ago.For a 3bed 1ba it was pretty good and cheap ($500).Most places here in Billings do not accept cats and well we had one and got another.Our landlord just had us pay an extra $100 on our deposit of $200.The apt was pretty good size.The kitchen and bathroom were kinda cramped, but the bedrooms, living and dining room, not to mention the decks, were all really good size.We have central air and pay for elec and gas.Our landlord is kinda a ditz, but a really nice lady.We live on the top floor so we dont have people walking above us.The building of 8apts is really old, so sound is kind of bad, depending on the neighbors.the parking lot is really, really bad (little), the landlords are not too keen on personality as they are against drugs, but have let multiple dealers and users rent out the apts...our apt needed some repairs, which if you do it yourself a) it gets done faster and b) whatever it cost you comes out of your rent.Our back deck took 2 years to get fixed, but now it is great.overall it is not a bad place to live, and can be quite perfect, all depending on your neighbors. |
