Recent Review: I was looking for something that was reasonable.There are not many rentals in asheville below 800/ month... yes thats apartments.The apartment is small, but well constructed.HOWEVER... after looking at dozens of apartments i forgot one tiny question- Is water included.. had not seen one that was not, so that was an assumption.In short, with a water bill for three ppl at 75/ month (asheville is pricey there as well)... I could have gotten a larger place, perhaps with a pool.Thats unreal... DO NOT be suckered in!
