						Recent Review: While the property dates back to the 70s, it is clean and immaculate.Rose bushes are planted all over.The apartments are large (one bedroom about 750 sq. ft. for $515/month) and the complex is quiet.Management is nice and maintenance responses immediately even for small things.There is no active security patrol but several police officers live there as does the local fire chief.I never had a problem leaving stuff out on my patio and my car was never broken into.If I ever live in the area again, I will go there first for an apartment.
