						Recent Review: Ok, its a little pricey.When I decided to rent here I was excited about it being a nice community with a pretty good location. My only gripes are: NO RECYCLING FACILITIES.There are over 23 buildings here and no recycling.Next time I will live in a place that has much better planning.

						Recent Review: These people are out to do nothing but get your hard earned money!From my understanding they are under a review of some sort by either the Better Business Bureau or the Attorney General's office or possibly both.You can check out the Better Business Bureau website to see if their disputes are there or have been settled.Do Not Live Here - not only do they hit you for a ridiculous application fee of $150.00 (non-refundable) but also charge you to use their facilities, additional administration fees and move-in fees.Yes, the facilities may be nice.But do you really want to be scammed by their deceitful, rude, and extremely nosy leasing agents?Think about it before you even look.
