| Recent Review: | | You cannot imagine just how noisy these are.You hear everyone & everything in the complex because the walls were poorly constructed.There are always people making noise & talking until 3 or 4am sometimes & the people there are sketchy as hell.I don't feel safe there, not from crimals, but from the neighbors.Maintanence isn't very good. |

| Recent Review: | | Out of all the apartments I have lived in Charlotte, this is by far the best.Great management team (finally), beautiful grounds, maintenance could use some work, but overall they are quick to respond.I think it is safe to say that I have found my home! (for the next few years anyway!) |

| Recent Review: | | The management is horrible.There is a lot of crime that occurs with in the facility and areas surrounding the apartment complex (they lied to me and said that the area was safe).I had to contact the code enforcement office to help me get the landlord to bring my apartment up to code (they didn't inform me that the apt had been flooded and I had mold issues).Maintenance is awful, they don't permanently fix the problem the just apply a quick fix solution.Overall, living there has been the worst experience I ever had with an apartment. |

| Recent Review: | | I have enjoyed the location and size of my apartment.These apartments are well maintained, the employees are very friendly and helpful.The bedrooms, in my apartment, are on outside walls, therefore cutting down on neighbor's noises!The apartment has lots of storage, which every person living in an apartment can appreciate.Many ammenities are located around the complex and always clean.I have enjoyed my stay here. |

| Recent Review: | | I have lived in this apatment complex for a year now and have not had any problems. Anything that needed to be taken care of maintenance wise was promptly attended to and any questions that I had concerning anything else was answered completely by the knowledgeable staff. The security is great. There haven't been any issues with that to my knowledge and they have policemen that patrol the parking lots at night to keep you safe. They have great move-in rates. |

| Recent Review: | | This place is awful!! The grounds are full of dog crap and nothing is EVER repaired anymore! The staff are the worse I have EVER had to deal with and when something goes wrong in your apartment they NEVER fix. They just make you pay for it all when you leave! Believe me I know. When my lease was up they charged me for everything that they would never fix! (such as a fridge that wasn't working properly a fireplace that only worled sometines and a few removable stains on their cheap rug that was suppose to have been steam cleaned by them when I renewed my last lease. They somehow NEVER got aroung to cleaning them as aggreed in my renewal but did get around to charging me with it without ever giving me a itemized list of all there charges! Just trust me and go ANYWHERE but here!!!!!! |
