| Recent Review: | | I just moved out of Campus Connection after graduation. I lived there for over two years and absolutely loved it! Since the change in management last year, the place has only gotten better. Totally cool place to live while in college-can't beat the free access to the pool, hot tub and tanning beds. overall great place. |

| Recent Review: | | The management here is awful. They do not work with tennants to make sure they are happy. The only answer to a request is no or renew your lease. And if you are not happy with your apartment, they are so unhelpful in reassigning you, that they might as well laugh at your request. If you can avoid it, stay far far away! |

| Recent Review: | | I personally haven't seen any of the security issues mentioned in other reviews.Also, the staff is very friendly and helpful, but the complex still has a few problems.Here are a few of the big ones:- Building construction: very low quality, two year old buildings already need serious work done to them.- Noise: Paper thin walls.You can hear everything that goes on outside and in the adjacent units, which is not a good thing considering the complex is directly under a flight path going into the airport.- Fitness center: Last time I checked, both treadmills, the exercise bike, and one of the weight machines were completely broken. |

| Recent Review: | | The apartments are awful.They are very bad at getting things fixed in the apartments.The power flashes in and out constantly, the carpets look like something died on them, the floors slope, they don't document things well and then try to get you to pay for things that were ruined when you moved in.The apartment complex is not one to choose unless you are desperate for a place to stay even then I'd reccommend the local shelter over this place.Also it is a very bad place to have anything of value, cars are constantly being vandalized and apartments robbed. |

| Recent Review: | | I've been here for almost a month and I really love it!The leasing staff is so great and the few maintenance orders we have put in have been taken care of that day.There is plenty of parking and I feel very safe.The apartments are spacious and most, if not all of them have a balcony.I'd recommend living here in a heartbeat! |

| Recent Review: | | This apartment comlex is the worst. They are over price. Their apts are built like crap. The service is bad. Theylie to you.Too many kids live there. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemey.I had a bad epxerience here. They ripped me off each month. They do not care about you or anything. They do apartment checks in a sneaky way.They are not a gated community. The gate to community has been broken a hundred times. The trash dumpster had been busted for months.The computer room has limited access.Like I said, DO NOT LIVE HEAR. YOU WILL HATE IT!!. HATE IT! HATE IT! I am not bitter others have said this about this place.The workmanship of the place is very questionable.DO NOT LIVE HERE!.It would be a huge mistake it you did......Best of luck in your search but keep looking if you are thinking about COURTNEY BLOWS! |

| Recent Review: | | As a newcomer to Charlotte, I was initially concerned about what type of living environment I would find, considering my budget.From the first telephone conversation with the Eileen Reeves, the Property Manager, I felt at home.She helped me to make a smooth transition with my move from Massachusetts and continues to treat me not just as a tenant but as a member of the family.I have never had an issue that the management was not eager to resolve nor have I ever felt that management is inaccessible.I would recommend this complex to any families that want a well maintained, clean, safe place to live with easy accessibility to shopping and points of interest in addition to a caring and concerned management staff.This is home! |

| Recent Review: | | I lived at Crown Ridge for 6 out of my 12 month lease.Although they had and advertised their security gates, they never worked.I had people knocking at my door in the middle of the night that never should have been allowed in the neighborhood.The property manager is a B@#$% and never wants to work with tenants in tough situations, just wants rent.These are just a few reasons why I broke my lease early.I would not advise anyone pay the high rent to live in an unsafe neighborhood like this. |
