| Recent Review: | | I RESIDE AT DELTA CROSSING BUT I AM HAVING A HARD TIME DEALING WITH ALL STAFF I ONLY HAVE ONE STAFF THAT WORKS IN THE OFFICE THAT IS VERY GOOD WITH THE CLIENTS. THE PROPERTY MANAGER IS VERY RUDE WITH THE PEOPLE SHE DOES NOT CARE HOW THE RESIDENCE FEEL I THINK SOMEONE FROM COPERATE NEEDS TO COME IN AND TALK TO RESIDENCE AND FIND OUT HOW THEY FEEL SOMETIMES INSTEAD OF BELIEVING ALL OF THE STAFF |

| Recent Review: | | I have lived at Harris Pond for about 3 years now and consider it a good place to live.The office staff was really bad until here recently.Maintenance sucked up until a few months ago too.I like the new equipment in the business center and the fact that the pool area is getting refinished too.Their aparmtents are on the smaller side, but very nice.Overall I would say that this is a really good place to live. |

| Recent Review: | | I have lived in several apartments in Charlotte, and by far I have enjoyed Dominion Mallard Creek the best!This small apartment community offers large spacious floorplans, great office staff and exceptional maintenaince help.I have recommended this place to my friends and coworkers.(The management offers a great referral free, if your friends move in based on your recommenation!)Before you move into another apartment, you should check out Dominion Mallard Creek! |

| Recent Review: | | I have live at English Hills for 2 years and the complex has changed a lot.The first year went smooth, but the management has changed.Now the staff is different every time I go to the office.The grounds are not kept up.Lighting is poor in the parking area, which means there is a safety concern.Car break ins are not uncommon.What use to be a quiet place has changed do to the tenants that the new management now excepts.I would really think hard before moving into this community.I am currently moving out. |

| Recent Review: | | I've been at Harris Houston for several months now and am quite impressed with my experience so far. The office staff is nice and the maintenance is quick. I had a small leak in my toilet and maintenance was at my door less than an hour after I called. My neighbors are friendly and quite and the overall grounds is kept up nicely.The only thing is parking can get clogged if you come back late at night, so you may have to park farther than you're used to from your apartment. Also, at night there are many strange people wondering around in the parking lot. Otherwise this place is awesome for the price! |

| Recent Review: | | Living here has been like living in a local housing project(thank God I have never really had to live in one, but if I had I'm sure it would have been like living at Lake Point). Like another reviewer said office staff/property management is only good for one thing...COLLECTING RENT!!! Recently there have been several fires(3 to be exact, 2 of which made the news) that have been blamed on arson, they do not screen applicants(that's why there are so many drug dealers living here), they do not clean up the grounds...dog poo everywhere!!! They've changed management 3 times in the year I've been here...they all promise to fix things, get things cleaned up,blah,blah,blah...NOTTTT!!If you are desperate and willing to live anywhere you can call this hellhole home!!!I wouldn't if I were you!!! |

| Recent Review: | | The apartment is very spacious but not very affordable.Price includes some nice features such as flat top stoves.Maintenance does a great job of responding quickly.My only complaint is that the company Cornerstone is very cheap.The work out room was spectacular when new but has fallen into shambles because of poor upkeep.The concierge center is never functioning properly.The fax machine, printer and copier never have paper and even when the copier has paper the toner cartridge is out or there are numerous jams that never allow it to work properly.Great aparments, Bad owners |
