| Recent Review: | | This apartment complex is located conveniently to the University City area of Charlotte.We have lived here for 9 months.We moved here from out of state and our moving truck arrived before we did. The office staff was very helpful in arranging to resolve our dilemma.The office is run very professionally.Everyone is greeted and attended to upon entering.There is a coffee bar in the clubhouse that is great for that afternoon caffeine fix.There is an exercise room and racquetball court.There is also a video library in the clubhouse.In the summer the pool is refreshing and always clean.The grounds and all public areas are maintained well.There were some parking issues in the past, but they have been addressed with the introduction of parking stickers and identified visitor parking.There are mostly college students living here, but there are also young families with children, and middle age families like ourselves.We have enjoyed our time here but will be moving in to a house.We would recommend this apartment as a great place to live. |

| Recent Review: | | Providence Court Apartments are wonderful. The nature trails and excellent landscaping are a dream. I love living here. The nature trail, two pools, car wash and putting greens only accentuate a great living environment. With the tennis courts and aerobics classes available at your convenience, it is a wonderful place to live. Come by and check it out! You will love it! |

| Recent Review: | | Management does not care for the tenants, once they get your money and you are in an apartment you just become an apartment number. They play favoritism and they add on outrageous fees if you are late with your rent.Although the appearance was alright looking that was their way of catching and fooling you into an apartment.If they were to change management...Somerset would be a great community. |

| Recent Review: | | Stone Point has spacious apartments. They are older apartments. The maintenace men are wonderful. I had some problems with the staff inside the building regarding my rent. They are very friendly for the most part and have promptly addressed my needs. |

| Recent Review: | | I have enjoyed my stay with Stone Ridge.Any issues I had were addressed promptly and I was always left with a written report of any changes made to my apartment.The community is really quiet and everything is easily accessible.Being that the community is centrally located around daily quick stops, that makes your life less stressful.I would recommend Stone Ridge to anyone. |

| Recent Review: | | If I knew then what I know now I never would have rented here. This place is a den of thievery and break-ins. The management tries to clean it up but to no avail. There have been 25 reported cases of stolen cars, burglaries and 2 assaults in the last 6 months alone. Charlotte-Mecklenburg police have this neighborhoodred-zonedin the Baker-1 police district and there never seems to be any peace with noisy neighbors, and inconsiderate people blasting their booming music at all hours of the day and night. Although there have been numerous juvenile delinquents and their families evicted from this complex, it does little to change the face of this residential neighborhood as it needs a majorfacelift.Although the management is polite the man in charge is more concerned with saving money than to invest in this community. It looks dirty, the indoor appliances are horrifically outdated, and any maintenance call made MAY get answered days later by someone who cant speak English and doesnt have the common sense to announce his presence before trying to gain access to your residence. It is alarming how the management does little to accommodate the concerns of its tenants and this is the only time in my life I have actually considered breaking a lease. I DO NOT recommend this place. Stay away from it as though it were a leper colony. |
