| Recent Review: | | I moved here from Virginia 2yrs ago and I am still here.The staff here is wonderful as well as personable.As a tenant you are always informed of what's going on and the grounds are well kept.I have seen Management go through changes and the service just seems to get better.They go out of their way to offer all kinds of incentives from awesome gift baskets for paying your rent on time to having barbeques "just because" .I just renewed my lease for a third year.Trust me The Timbers is a place you want to call home. |

| Recent Review: | | The management is very slow to fix things and when they do make repairs it's done as CHEAPLY as possible.Duck Tape is the repair tool of choice here.The parking lot in front of my building has a HUGE hole in it that has been growing for months.Gun shots are a common sound here.Large dogs namely Pit Bulls & Rotweilers are allowed to run loose.If you are concerned about safety and peace of mind, then stay away from this dump!My lease is up in Aug./2004 and I looking for a new place now! |

| Recent Review: | | The music is loud and the cars are often broken into at this overpriced east side venue. And just forget breaking out of the iron-clad lease - for ANY reason. You will have to pay at least $2,500 or more based on when you leave. We lived there for a year and a half, during which time the managing company changed three times and management changed six times. We saw drug deals go on outside of our apartment and our neighbors threw loud parties all week - management did NOTHING. So, if you're thinking of renting here, drive through at 5 or 6 pm so you can see what you're getting into. |

| Recent Review: | | I have never had such a difficult time as I have had living at Williamsburg Townhomes.My apartment manager did not properly respond to a carbon monoxide complaint and then tried to cover her tracks when confronted about it.I witnessed a violent attack right in front my apartment and found blood on my car the next morning.I would NOT recommend this place to live. |
