| Recent Review: | | I would think long and hard before ever renting from this apartment company again! This is a horrible place to live the leasing company is unreasonable! I would not recommend this leasing company or this apartment complex to anyone!! The security is questionable and as a young professional I do not feel safe walking outside much less leaving my car or door open or unlocked for more than 5 minutes! I give this apartment complex a 0! |

| Recent Review: | | Woods Edge Apartments look great - nice units, some good amenities (like sunrooms, forested grounds, playground and pool) - but the bad management really soured our experience of living here.The policies are greedy, unaccomodating, and unreasonable.Your car may be towed without notice or you may be charged hundreds of dollars of pro-rated month-to-month rent AFTER the lease is up and you have moved out.Maintenance problems can go unrepaired for months, despite repeated requests for help.The quality of the clientele is dropping fast - there was a double murder here a couple of months ago and there is often lots of noise at night.This place looks great, but I would avoid it!!!! |
