| Recent Review: | | Talk about feeling pampered and spoiled!I went into office to report a stopped up toilet and I walked out with a smile on my face, freshly brewed Starbucks coffee and a free DVD to watch tonight AND before I could get back into my apartment, the maintenance guy was coming out of it finished with my work order!Now that is service!I only wish I could also get that kind of service at a restaurant or at the mall!Kudos to a bunch of people that really seem to care! |

| Recent Review: | | The security at Camden Glen in non-existent.My son's car was broken into 3 times between a 6 month span, although they promise the security of a gated community.The gate only serves to keep the criminals in.It may be very nice on theexterior, but they have severe security issues and a reluctance to address them |

| Recent Review: | | Don't move in here unless you intend to sign a long lease and keep signing them.They don't care about you at all unless you are tied in for at least a year.Anything else and you get hit with penalties.I paid all but one rent payment on time, have always been friendly and honest, yet at every turn I was hit broadside by this establishment. |

| Recent Review: | | The Colonial is very difficult to get in to, you have to make 3 times the rent (which is pretty low) after all your bills.You pretty much have to have super credit.Its located in an awesome area, quiet and friendly with shopping near by.The only real bad thing I can say is the way its managed.Unlike other apartments in the area, all "damages" come out of the tentants security deposit.An example of one of the many "damages" listed, is $5 for each missing or burnt out light bulb.You see how much an ice tray cost.And for everyroom that they have to have cleaned they charge $20.If there is one thing wrong with the paint the renter is charged for the entire units repainting no matter the amount that is actually painted.There is not enough parking and I know that both my car and my roommates car where both hit in the parking lot.Other than this I loved staying here.The area is the best. |

| Recent Review: | | the mold here is in every apartment. I have been transfered twice because of the mold. My new neighbor just had his door broken down and the apartment ransacked, police every where. Found drug dealings going on. I gave my notice to leave this place and this has disrupted my life so many times now i am sick of moving but it is worth it to get out of this slummanagement............ there is none anymorethis is not a safe place to raise children or animals for that matter |

| Recent Review: | | I have lived here for over a year, and I have yet to have a complaint. It is beautiful, located right off of Lake Jeanette, in an upscale part of town. I have wonderful neighbors will well behaved kids. A gated community which does not provide security, but controlled access. The office staff is so wonderful and the maintence guys are so sweet! And they always jump on any thing that needs to be fixed or replaced. I would buy my apartment as a condo if I could. |
