| Recent Review: | | This apartment complete is very racist.The management sucks and no one knows anything.The maintance crew is very helpful. The apartments are extremely old and they need to be remodeled. The tenants are extremely noisey it's like the TV show Melrose Place. The new management doesn't like people of color and in 3 months living in the complex I watched 15 families get court papers to be removed from the property all 15 were of color. Now they are offering discounted rates. The fitness center equipment is old and out dated. The pool is always shut down during the summer months. It is located in the Old Emerywood section of High Point and according to new management you have to have a certain look and feel to live in thier old apartments. They suck don't consider moving their you will want to move unless you like living in Melrose Place. |
