| Recent Review: | | THE APARTMENT ITSELF IS NICE AND COZY AND THE OFFICE STAFF IS WOUNDERFUL.HOWEVER, IN THE LOFT STYLE ONE BEDROOM APARTMENT.YOU CAN CLEARLY HEAR THE PERSON LIVING RIGHT BEHIND YOU.YOU CAN HEAR THEM TLAK, WALK, PLAY MUSIC, AND EVERY THING ELSE.THEY DONT HAVE TO BE TALKING LOUD EITHER.I CAN HEAR THERE ALARM GO OFF OR THEM TALKING ON THE PHONE.IT IS REALLY BAD AT NIGHT.YOU CAN NOT SLEEP IF THE PERSON LIVING BEHIND YOU IS DOING ANYTHING. |

| Recent Review: | | Don?t come here. Trust me. I wouldn?t wish this place on my worst enemy.You live in a closet, share a kitchen and living area with another apartment of which you have no say in who moves in. The management is completely useless. The staff here do just enough to keep the place up and running and nothing more. They let anybody move in so now there are drug dealers galore living here which attracts all the crack heads and heroine addicts. Plus there are all kinds of other criminals and psychos and just plain obnoxious people. If you are a light sleeper you will never get any sleep here as those obnoxious people like blasting there stereos all hours of the night and since the walls are paper thin you can pretty much hear everything in the building. People race up and down the parking lots all hours of the night like it?s a damn drag strip. Nobody obeys the rules whatsoever. Don?t bother complaining to the management as they pretty much do nothing about it. The cops are out here almost every single night arresting people, breaking up fights and what not. Cars get broken into all the time and vandalized. Trying to get maintenance to fix anything is like pulling teeth. |

| Recent Review: | | This apartment complex is not worth the money. It's dirty, the landscaping is not maintained on a regular basis, and the buildings are cheaply built. Beware the filthy swimming pool. Might as well be the dorms for all the college students and loud drunken partying. Also, beware of the 60 day notice to move out policy. There are not enough dumpsters for everyone so the kids who live here leave their trash on the ground to blow around and crud up the place. Not to mention the piles of doggy poop everywhere. Lots of car break ins and some vandalism. Problems with maintenance include them not fixing or keeping property up. |
