| Recent Review: | | I would definitely recommend Brandemere to any of my friends.The management is great-- all the people who work there are really helpful and friendly.The apartments look fantastic with the new siding.I couldn't ask for more at a better price! |

| Recent Review: | | This complex was nice to me the first day I moved in, with new carpet, fresh paint, functional appliances, good location. Then on the second day the cockroaches showed up. When I asked the management about this they told me to unload my entire kitchen so they could "spray" on Thursday morning. This consisted of them essentially unloading about 3 bottles of toxic-smelling RAID into my kitchen. Within 2 weeks cockroaches were everywhere.My neighbors were also shady, with 3 people in a one bedroom the size of mine.There were rumors of some possible drug-dealing activities going on there. These people were always either having domestic disputes with hysterical screaming and crying, or throwing parties mid-week where everyone would stand in the stairwell and smoke. Because the walls were so thin, I could hear every word and sometimes to the point of not even hearing my own TV. Also, the door was so cheaply constructed, the smoke from the hall would seep into my apartment so that my clothes would often smell like smoke.All my complaints to the management were blown off by the "nice ladies" at the front desk, who always smiled and told me they'd do something about it... they never did. Until the day I announced I was leaving because the neighbors and cockroaches had driven me to insanity.Suddenly they were quite concerned. After 2 yrs of living there with my complaints, inhaling smoke and toxic bug-spray thanks to which I probably have some sort of mutant cancer, this lady finally calls an exterminator for the building, and evicts my shady neighbors. I was cockroach-free in peace and quiet for 1 month living at Cloverdale.I have a best friend who also lives in this management company. She lives in Ardmore Terrace, and has never had a single complaint. It's completely mind-boggling to me, but she lived there for 4 yrs quite happily. I am thinking that is the side of the tracks you want to be on.I would not recommend Cloverdale to anyone unless you really need cheap housing and don't mind feeling like you're living in the ghet. |
