| Recent Review: | | Living here was the worst decision we made.The maintenence guy comes into the apt without announcing himself.Weve had our water shut off three times without notice.Very rude manager.manager doesnt follow through with anything she says.Shes new and shes on some sort of a power trip.Good luck if you rent here.The orkin man is here a lot.Other tenants are somewhat slobs.Beer cans all over in hallways.otherwise its ok. few cigarette burns on walls in hallway also. |

| Recent Review: | | This is absolutely the best community in Omaha.We have lived here for four years and are leaving, but it is not our choice to leave.We have to leave to care for an elderly relative. You will not find a better place to live.Grounds are beautiful, location is outstanding, staff is awesome and we have great neighbors.People care about each other here, it is like a "small town" atmosphere.We would highly recommend The Biltmore and will definitely return here to our beautiful townhome when the opportunity presents itself.This is home, and always will be.We consider this a temporary move and look forward to coming home to The Biltmore in the future. |

| Recent Review: | | The number of Code violations here are beyond what any reasonable person would put up with.How they are still in business I will never know.The crime rate here is out of controle, and the management that is here has there hands tied behind their backs, and can realy do nothing about it.We are supposed to have an officer living here that helps out with background checks, and respond to some situations, but the only thing anyone I know has seen him do is run from his truck to an open door, and close it, and run back to his truck, wow, some security.There are two residents that live here that patrol the complex on undisclosed days, by walking, and driving, But the last time that somthing big happend, that they relayed to the management, they were threatend with being evicted from the complex. (that manager has since been removed)Speaking about removing managers, it seems like every time that we get a good one , who tries to help out, they get "let go". Some incentive there.I live here because I can't afford to move yet, and I hope that it improves and the state steps in before somthing realy bad happens. |

This place maintainace is worst ever possible you ca n expect in whole of USA. They could have earned business a lot with excellence in maintainance. When you call the office they will say it will be fixed. As if " HELP IS ON ITS WAY ". When tha is a billion dollar question. |
