| Recent Review: | | My wife and I have lived in rentals in several cities -- Boston, Seattle, and at another location in New Jersey. Among all the rentals, without any hesitations, we rate this as the worst experience, by far.The place is managed by a bunch of lawyers. If the check is late by a day, they send you court summons and eviction notices. The tenant is treated as the worst scum on the earth, in spite of the exhorbitant price tag!! And as we prepare to leave, they have slapped some fees that were never mentioned in the lease. And of course, this was sent to us by the lawyer's office by certified mail! |
