| Recent Review: | | Since we moved into this apartment, we have been having a noise problem from the downstairs.The structure of the apartment provides very thin ceiling, which means you can hear whatever noise from the downstairs.Especially, if you have kids, you'd better not to rent this apartment. |

| Recent Review: | | We had a job transfer which required us to move. We fully understood the fact that we would have to continue paying rent until another buyer came up... or until our lease expired. Knowing this, we set up plans with another buyer, so that she could pick up our apartment when we left. The administration there refused to work with us to set up a contract for the new buyer.To make things worse about a month prior to our move there was a fire which vacated the 2 apartments adjacent to us. Upon leaving our apartment it was apparent that those two apartments had not yet finished renovation. We later found out that BOTH apartments were conveniently leased before ours!The administrative staff plays dodge to every question we ask, which may require us to take legal action. I would hate to go down this route, but they are not leaving us with many options.BE WARRY OF SIGNING ANY CONTRACTS WITH THIS COMPANY! YOU MAY VERY MUCH REGRET IT! |
