| Recent Review: | | I moved into one of the remodeled two bedrooms early last summer. I had a list of things 2 pages long that were wrong with the apartment. Half the windows didn't have screens or locks, dirty handpints ALL over the walls, the electricity in the kitchen did not work. There was no mirror in the bathroom, the very heavy soap dish fell off the wall twice, they hadn't even finished tiling the bathroom floor!Those are just the highlights. The walls ar PAPERTHIN! You can hear everytime your neighbors do. God help you if you have a neighbor with a loud TV or a large dog. (I have both.) I moved in the summer, when winter rolled around, our heat quit qorksing twice. (The wonderful contractors working on other apartmensts had shut if off.) The apartments were supposed to be pre-wired for cable. Nope, just fake jacks. Having Patriot come and wire your apartment isn't cheap either. There is dog waste everywhere. These people don't bother to clean up after their animals. And parking is a nightmare. There are maybe 5 visitor spots for over 200 apartments. The parking is assigned. 1 non attached garage and 1 assigned space per apartment. If you have a spot near the door, you can count on people, usually apartment maintence people and contractors, always parking in your space. And the management is a joke. They'll pay you lip service when you complain, but they do NOTHING to fix the problems. |
