Recent Review: Very large rooms but the owner of these aparments never upgraded a thing. The two bathrooms I had were in bad shape the kitchen was nice but the cabinets were old and broken and the owner of this complex is a slum lord. There is a huge problem with the heating and air conditioning. Your filter that costs around 59 cents is never replaced but once a year the entire apartment is dirty from the black dust. The airconditioning drips and thereis mold and mildew inside the duct work where your filter is. I feel this could be such a nice place if they got rid of the property manger Kathy King and got new owners to repair the heating and airconditioning. Plus fix the bathrooms and the kitchen cabinets along with the bathroom cabinets. they are older then
