Recent Review: Here is an abridged list of some of the things I have experienced while living in this apartment:1) flooding in kitchen due to holes in roof2) squirrels chewing through cabinets and destroying apartment while on vacation due to holes in roof that had been complained about since number 13) had to move out of apartment in the middle of lease and into another apartment due to termite damage in entire building4) my car was totalled due to extreme street flooding on property because of poor drainage5) constantly malfunctioning toilet6) emergency 24-hr maintenance that never answers the emergency pagerIn conclusion, DO NOT MOVE HERE, you will regret it.
