| Recent Review: | | Short term stays here are great, especially if you're a rap star. Expect entourages, limos and hoes in mini-skirts walking around Friday nights.Don't bring a stereo or TV since you can literally hear your neighbors conversations, and that's better entertainment anyway. Don't bring a car since you won't find parking, and try not to use anything in your apartment, toilets, windows, ect. because THEY WILL break, and NOONE will ever fix it properly.Plus, it's a thieves paradise since there's NO security! |

| Recent Review: | | These people will steal the shirt off your back if you let them.Before I moved in I asked to see a lease. Then I came back to sign it a few weeks before I was ready to move in. I had left a deposit to hold the place. They then tried to get me to sign a different lease than the one they showed me that included a nearly $200 increase upon renewal and a requirement that I insure their building against mold which no insurance co. will offer to a renter because it's the owner's responsibility. Getting these people to do maintenance requires multiple phone calls. Maybe they think you will go away or give up. All they want to do is take your money and then some. They are the greediest of people. Take your business elsewhere. You'll be glad you did. |
