Recent Review:I had to terminate my lease a few months early due to business reasons. I gave management notice 4 months before I actual would vacate and they agreed to help me get the apartment rented asap after I vacacted. They lied. I sent a friend over several times 1 month after I left and she told me that the unit I vacated was already being moved into. She saw a truck there earlier that day and then went back around lunch time and saw a woman out on the balcony unpacking a box. When I called management they told me it was not rented out and that there were only people looking at it. Sure! So they ended up charging me for the 4 months, plus a charge for leaving early and for them having to re-paint and recarpet (which they did not need to do as I left the place spotless).Besides that while I was living there the bathroom roof caved in from water damage on the roof. Taking constant calls from me to have it fixed it took 1 week to get someone there. They replaced the ceiling and didn't even paint it. They left me with sheetrock! I ended up spending my money to buy paint and supplies to paint it. It only took 3 weeks before I noticed more water damage on the bathroom ceiling because they didn't bother repairing the actual roof!Another jerkie thing is the heat is gas and the maintainance people don't change the filters in the furnance, you're expected to. Since most people don't realize that it never gets changed and the unit is constantly on causing a larger than normal bill.Anyway, if you decide to move in there good luck to you and your money, expect to lose it.
