Recent Review: The apartments may be beautiful, but the property manager is condescending and rude.He cares for nothing but collecting your rent.BEWARE of painting, even though it stipulates in your lease that you can paint.They will charge you anywhere between $200 & $400 per room to repaint when you move out.They will nickel and dime your security deposit when you leave.Parking is a nighmare - there are no assigned spots in the 'tenants only lot' and anyone, including the tennants in the townhouses across the street, are allowed to park in the lot.But, when you ask if someone can park there, you are met with nothing but resistance.
