Recent Review: At first blush, Wingate appears to be a very nice complex. Apartments show very well, BUT after you move in to one, you realize the walls are so thin you can hear people talking in the next apartment. Both next door and in the ones below or above yours! There is a lot of turnover and they have a tendency to rent to college kids, so between the thin walls and the parties there is very little sleep to be had! Also, if you have kids they will be attending school on the west side of town-the worst the township has to offer.Management is non-responsive to complaints.
