						Recent Review: run with no reguard for tenants , nightmarish administration office, completely gestapo like,stay away from these very bad people.

						Recent Review: The management company which runs these apartments are a bunch of sharks. They insist on a one year lease and refuse to extend it by short periods when you want to leave. I live there for almost 7 years and when it was time to leave they insisted on a years extension or to leave. This after paying rent on time for 7 years. During these 7 years the apartment was never painted and no maintenance was done. Yet they cut a hefty amount from the security deposit. How can an apartment look like new after 7 years when they refuse to do any kind of maintenance ?They staff are rude and unhelpful. I would never think of living there again.
