Recent Review: when i fist rented this place i thought the landlord was a nice old olady who lived down satirs the place seemed to b idealboy wasi wrongmy lease was a hand written one to befing wiht and the only ting it said about was that i could onlyhave a twin mattressand thta i take the trash out on mondayssince thenmy landlord has insisted that i take care fo her hallwayand that i should b shoveling the snow in her drivewaythat i am not alowed to use nto tomention the fact that in the living roomthe lite flickers off and onand if i go to change a lite bulb in there i get shockedand the fact that she feels she has the rite to come up in the apt any time she feels nessarywiht out even giving a 24 hour noticeand recently she increased the rentsaying she had to pay an outside sourcefor cleaningwhen infact ti is her that is cleaning theporchand when ever she has an issue about anything she does nto spoeak to me instead she slips a note under my door stating if i dont comply she will remove me fromtheaptand to boot thee is poor insluation here ans she sleeps below me and complains about every move i makeshe all so tells me to get off of my own phonein the year i have lived here i have gotten nothing but harassment form this womanther r things i do understand and if they were expected of me i feel that they should have been in my leaseand i am paying 700 a monthfor this place nowit is for theses reasons i am moving to a better placeand i can not wait the only good thing about the place isthat it is cheap rent and it is in a good neighborhood
