Recent Review: we lived there when they were just constructed. I was the first tenant ever on the unit. within onew year the nails startrd to pop out of the walls!!! And my shower glass door just shattered- for no reason. and the bastards accused us of breaking it. and the kitchen flooring started to come up. cheap glue!!!I now pay 3 times the amount in rent in manhattan - still hated living in homestead village. shitty cheap builders - money blood suckers
