Recent Review: Management is nonresponsive to repeated requests for basic maintenance requests such as clean water and bathrooms that have not been properly updated. Maintenance workers are non skilled and look for the cheapest way to fix problems. Most buildings have rotten wood trim, drafty 30-40 year old windows and original, ancient kitchens. Management's attitude seems to be that they are doing YOU a favor to allow you to overpay rents starting well over $1150.00 and that you should not bother them with service requests. They keep fresh flowers on the grounds and cut the grass but look closer and you will see old buildings that have not been kept up and you will find a company that is only interested in making money and providing only minimum service.
