Recent Review: I would very, very strongly urge anyone looking at this apartment to reconsider. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT MOVE IN HERE! Eddie, the owner, is a complete slumlord who disrespects his tenants. Maintenance concerns are always ignored, the owner enters individual units whenever he feels like it, the security buzz-in system is inoperable, the hallways are dirty and vandalized and during the winter the landlord does not always provide heat for his tenants. This is a terrible place to live because of the landlord's hardheartedness. Please do not move here.
