| Recent Review: | | It is very nicely located near main avenues, near 287, the Turnpike and the GSP. The wooods nearby are a refreshing treat for those used to the concrete jungle.They are good about maintenance, but not so good when it comes to the snow. Ethnically, it is mainly Indian here. I like my neighbors, but they tend to lean on their horns a bit rather than knock on the person's door.Parking is a nightmare if you have more than one car.No pets, but they are very lenient. |

| Recent Review: | | Don't see this apartment during the daytime, to see what living here is really like. Come in the evening between 7pm to 9pm to see all the gangs that sit outside and harass people as they pass by.Garbage was always in a bad state. My top stair neighbour used to keep bathroom rugs to dry in the common area and used to get up everyday at 4 am and the ceiling is so thin that not only could I here her walk very loudly, I could here her TV, Telephone rings, conversations. Complaints to the rental office were to no avail.I opted to move out of this apartment immediately. The management gives you a pledge which guarantees your satisfaction, but they refused to honor the pledge, by saying that the pledge is not a part of the contract. Though they had promised to refund my deposit, as I'd given them notice as desired by them, but they later on confiscated my deposit. Management does not return my calls. |
