| Recent Review: | | Folks. Please do not even dream about living in this apartment. I had noise (up to 80 dB) and vibration problem in my apartment, but they did not fix it. Instead, they kept lying that they fixed it. I hired a lawyer to resolve the problem, and he recommended me not to pay the rent. So, I follow his recommendation, and my lawyer sent them a letter stating that I would not pay the rent until the problem was fixed. Then, they sneaked into my apartment while my wife went out to pick up my son from school and took pictures of my apartment to find proofs that I broke the regulation. I just moved out based on my lawyer's suggestion, and am preparing for lawsuit.Avoid this apartment. All the staff members look like gangsters and are very threatening. If you don't believe me, try to stop by any apartment and ask the tenant about the management.The apartment is located in Montgomery township whose school is one of the best in New Jersey. You will easily find that it is very hard to find apartment or townhouse rentals there. However, almost half the units in Princeton Hill are unoccupied, which implies a lot.Avoid this apartment in any circumstances! |
