Recent Review: The grounds are well kept. Sidewalks have been reported to the Affiliated Management several times during the last year-nothing fixed to date. The Affiliated Management, which is where rent is mailed, do not always answer your long distance calls about complaints. The laundramat is very old and the machines do not do a good job. The new on-site manager is very nice as compared to the previous one who was nasty, and rude. Affiliated management ignored complaints about him also. Pets are not allowed. Everyone complains about the downstairs noise due the lease not stating one way or the other about carpeting. At this point in time, I am searching for a house apartment.
