Recent Review: The apartments themselves are in good condition.The bathroom was completely renovated before I moved in, and the kitchen appliances are fairly new also.They are decently sized with lots of closet space.The neighborhood is nice and there is a park for children.The major complaint I have is that there is absolutely no noise / soundproofing between the upstairs and downstairs units.As a result both parties can hear what each other is doing.I've accepted the I can hear the guy downstairs watching tv, making dinner, etc., but he constantly complains about my walking up the stairs and then around my apartment (I take my shoes off as soon as I go in the apartment - so I'm not really sure what his issues are)!Last week, he had people over all night and blasted his stereo until 4 am.Let's just say I got NO sleep that night!But still daily stuff can be heard as the complex is pretty old.Overall ok, but remember you will hear everything the person above/below you does.We do not hear noise coming on either side of us just below!
