Recent Review: Constantine Village Apartments in Summit NJ --- a CONSTANT nightmare! You have got to be kidding! Apparently they let any piece of white trash rent from them. Neighbors leave garbage in the hallway, outside the shared front door entrance, on the front lawn... wherever they find room. Feral cats run amuck all over the property. Unsanitary and, quite simply, DISGUSTING! I lived there for a month and had to move because my pleas to management and owners were blatantly ignored! DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER RENTING HERE, you will end up regretting it for the rest of your life!
