						Recent Review: Do NOT consider this apartment complex.Rent is too high and increases are many.Very ethnic.Management does not enforce lease rules on tenants who break them.Laundry hanging off balconies - looks like low income housing, tenament.Apartments are not structurally sound or soundproof!You hear every footstep above you and beyond.THEY WILL LET ANYONE MOVE IN!They allow very large dogs, no size limit and don't enforce rules to pick up after them or barking!People let dogs run in and out of apartment on balconies all day in summer and they bark all day long.The development is headed for Section 8!Please avoid this complex!
