When they lease you the apartment they do a scam patch job so you do not see the defects upon move-in. Once the lease is signed, you begin to notice all the problems. Major water damage in bathroom, rotted "black mold" drywall, tiles falling off, latent carpet stains come back, broken/faulty faucets and toilets, major pigeon problem/ health code violations, garbage laying around the complex and parking lot. They will do nothing to rectify the situation and try to charge you for repairs, oldest scam in the rental industry. They simply do not have enough parking spaces and your car WILL get broken into by one of the many "Gang-Bangers" they have living there. The management staff is rude, arrogant, and condescending to say the least. I would not recommend anybody to live there and I feel sorry for anybody who has to live there. | | | | |
