 This apartment has character, seems to have been built in the 1950's. It has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath room. The livingroom is huge and kitchen is cozy. This apartment has ample storage space. The Landlord is very professional and pleasant. Should something need attention, hw's right on top of the matter withou issue! Just a few blocks down from UNM, it's ideal for attending students. Neighbors are friendly--made up of UNM population. The apartment is also within walking distance of Rosevelt Park.
