| Recent Review: | | They are a bunch of idiots they dont even know their own place and what they do they as long as you sign the contract and they get your money they dont give a crap if the apt is falling apart, but your still forced to pay the rent even if your toilet is running or smoke alarm does not work.Janette the leasing consultant there is a complete idiot dont know how she got the job there.as for the managers they seem ok very polite they need better training as consultants though.in the end just threaten them with, "WHATS YOUR DISTRICT MANAGERS NUMBER" IM GLAD I SIGNED ONLY A 6 MONTHS LEASE BECUASE IT WAS 6 MONTHS OF HELL IN THAT PLACE! |

| Recent Review: | | This apartment has character, seems to have been built in the 1950's. It has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath room. The livingroom is huge and kitchen is cozy. This apartment has ample storage space. The Landlord is very professional and pleasant. Should something need attention, hw's right on top of the matter withou issue! Just a few blocks down from UNM, it's ideal for attending students. Neighbors are friendly--made up of UNM population. The apartment is also within walking distance of Rosevelt Park. |

| Recent Review: | | The apartments are really good where I stay. The bad things is that they are old apartments. So everything in your apartment accept the appliances are old. They are renewing the apartments as people move out and the garages should all be electric pretty soon. The rent for 850.00 seems much but the utilities are all paid. My apartment is a three bedroom and is really considered a town house for the fact that it is two story. It is located right by the winrock mall. The only thing about these apartments that is poor is the laundry site wich is pretty old with pretty old washer and dryer. |

| Recent Review: | | I really thought this apartment complex was great.Yes, there were occasional parking issues, and there was noise, but this time I am renting an apartment in a less busy area of the complex, which I specifically asked for.They were more than happy to accomodate this.We did have one problem when living at Ventana Canyon last.It was the ANTS!They bite, and once you have them, they are in there forever.If you are going to live here, it is very important that you vacuum every day, switch out your dish towels daily, wash your sheets every other day, and never leave your clothes (clean or dirty) on the floor.Really, it is just a great incentive to have impeccable house keeping.If you have a bunch of messy kids though, I wouldn't recommend it... |

| Recent Review: | | Excellent place. Would have stayed if my rent wasn't raised. They don't pay for any utilities and no fitness room. There is a washer and dryer and spacious. We lived downstairs and the upstairs water heater was heard. Great ladies in the office, gated complex and no crime that I knew of. |
