When first driving into the complex, you feel like the place is secure.The complex is gated and you need a card to lift the plastic pole that blocks the complex.But this pole alway breaks off and with the help of a second person the pole can be lifted to allow the vehicles to drive through.Thus, the complex is not very safe.Parking is a huge problem with if you have two cars.You can't find parking close to your apartment.You have to park clear across the complex.And as you search for parking, beware of the many potholes.The landscape is fair at best.The trees and bushes are overrun and there are spots of dead grasses and empty patches everywhere.The walkway are cracked and worn.It is in need of replacements.Cats and dogs are allowed, so there are pet droppings on the walkway, the grass, and the drive way.The staff are not much better then the complex.They are unfriendly, rude, and unhelpful when dealing with current resident.They sit at there desk and ignore you.You have to approach them.Their attitudes are coarse and offensive.Their maintenance team are like the staff.They do not get the work done the first time.They review the problem and provide a solution that does not fix the problem.They have to come out a second or third time.Some non-pressing problem like running toilet water will never be fixed even after 3 calls to them.Consequently, if you are looking for a place to stay temporarily and you don't mind their condition, then Rosewood Park Apartment will do.Otherwise, mark this one off your list.

The only thing high about this place is it's price and how many stairs you get to climb to get into your apartment.I lived here from October 2003 through this weekend, April 17 2004, and have been unhappy with the place since the day I moved in.The only time the office wants to have anything to do with you is if you complain or if you need to pay them.Just to get a leaky bathtub fixed took weeks.The people above us say that whenever they use their microwave the power goes out, and the Enclave won't use in town parts to fix it, instead the guy pulled the fuze and told the neighbor his power would be out for 10 days until he could get the part.This place is a JOKE!! I pay a ridiculous 700$ per month for a cracker box one bedroom one bath where the curtains move whenever the wind blows. And get this, after 6 months of living here, my fiance went to the office to speak with a lady he had spoken to a few days earlier about not renewing our lease and moving out... she denied ever seeing him in her life and stuck us with an extra week of rent on this place for not filing the paperwork they NEVER gave us! I do NOT recommend this place for ANYONE. RUN AWAY!!!

I loved living here, we had a wonderful manager, but the property management co let her go because the ceo over her didn't like her, I feel she was a little jealous because the manager was great.Last year every manager we had left, we had leaky roofs and no fixed them, when WL came she turned these apartments around and it was great.I recommend that you don't rent from any FPI Management CO.They don't play fair. i will fill in the rest of this stuff but my answers only cover the time we had WL. As of now I would not recommend it to anyone in fact alot of us are planning to move as soon as we can
