| Recent Review: | | I love my current apt. It is a nice sized 1 bedrm with beautiful wood floors through out, my kitchen is quite big, my bathroom is very cute also, I loved every minute of my stay in my apt, but the neighbors were noisey, which wrecked my nerves at times. |

| Recent Review: | | I have been here for 2 years and finally moving out thank goodness. My husband and I moved into a 1bedroom and for the price we thought it was a good deal.Every winter it is cold- I mean COLD. No heat and if and when they put on heat it is 5am in the morning. We have had to buy two heaters to heat the apartment. And I one time we used the gas stove until it was making us sick. This how good the heating was in our apartment.The maintenece people although nice, the never ever did their job right! One time our whole electric went off and the Super sent his son over who had NO IDEA what he was doing. Our refidgerator was off and it was COLD that night. Imagine my fear when I called Con Edison to be told that it was in the wires. Thank goodness it was not.Good pointers? The place is quiet no one will bother you. You get loud music every once in awhile.Sometimes the is no hot water! And by suprise you get some.Oh wait, the apartment has problems with MOLD- growing EVERYWHERE...which IS a health issue.We are finally moving to a better place where we can control our heating and have a decent home. I would not recommend this place to anyone...yes the floors are pretty but are just as cold in winter. |

| Recent Review: | | When I first saw the apartment , I loved it .It had every thing I needed as far as space.Extra closets incuding a walk-in.You could enter the kitchen from either the living room or the hallway entrance.THe bathrooms were spacious.Everything in the apartment was new as far as the appliances.The downside to this story is there are no kitchen and bathroom windows.The air vents do not work.The windows in the apartment are all on one side , meaning that , the windows are located on one side of the apartment. There is no cross ventilation.All of the bedrooms have one window only and they're not big windows.They're small and its placed on one side of the room .Not in the middle where most windows are.Because the apt is on the seventh floor (there are eight floors in the building) it gets very hot in the summer.The apt does come with a compartment for the air conditioner. Its a nice building if you have tenants that will keep it up.The security is not 24 hours, but the building has cameras on all of the floors.The neighborhood is not a healthy place to raise children.There are petty drugs on all the street corners.Being born and raised in New York City all of my life , I've seen alot. I just want a better enviorment for myself and children.I dont know to reccomend this apartment , but its something until you find another one , or The management should have found a better place to put this building. |
