| Recent Review: | | The apartments at Campus Manor in Snyder, New York are run by a group of sharks.I do not reccomend anyone to rent from them.The lease agreement lacks an out clause for any reason, including and especially moving away, or job transfer.The apartments are old, built around 1960 and have the original wiring.I experienced a variety of maintenance issues while living there, and had difficulty getting a response from management.To cite one particularly destructive incident, the water drain pipe (pumpover) running up through the storage area was serviced, and the cap was not secured when finished.The next time it rained (at night) everything in my storage unit was showered with muddy rain water.I heard the water, and called in with an emergency.The NEXT DAY I received a call back.A few months later, my contract job ended and I was forced to move out of state.After giving 2 months notice, paying the remainder of my cash for one month and releasing my deposit for the next, I moved.Now, a year later, I discover a collection on my credit from the apartment management for MORE than a month's rent!The company is not willing to work with anyone reguarding this bill.In order to clear my credit, I have to pay more than the place was worth for a period of time when I had already turned back the key, after providing more than adaquate notice.And I am told that this is normal. |

| Recent Review: | | This is a really wonderful place to live if you want to be near everything, while still feeling safe and part of a neighborhood.A short walk to Elmwood Ave shops and restaurants, Delaware Park, and Millard Fillmore Hospital.Mix of young professionals and older adults, who have lived here for years.Mostly off-street parking, but spots available for an additional $50/month, which is quite a bouns. |

| Recent Review: | | These apartments could use some remodeling.Although it is Buffalo, they are not the most modern.They must have been designed for owners who only desire to collect rent.That just means that they will rent to anyone, preferably college students.The noise level is ridiculous and the outside appearance is hideous.There is trash located every where.The apartment manager never returns your phone calls.You basically have to make threats in order to get something done.The heat works some of the time.The only for certain thing with these apartments is that your rent check will definitely be cashed.This is no matter how poorly you are treated by them.There is never any parking available.Your lease states that snow will be removed from the sidewalks but it never is.DO NOT MOVE HERE unless you are a college student looking to stay up all night due to all of the noise in the other apartments.In the summer time, people shoot guns in the wooded area, cars are parked in the lot filled with marijuanna smokers, and the police are out there at least every other day.If they fire the apartment manager, this would be a start. |
