Trash flies out of the dumpsters whenever it is windy and ends up all over the lawns.It is situated right next to an industrial winery which smells horrible about every other night when they clean out the vats.It backs up to a wonderful little mosquito infested swamp.It claims to have a pool which has never been open in the time I lived there.My furnace broke down no less than 5 times in the year I lived there.The supervisor is a fat slob who likes to throw his weight around and pound on your front door at 6am.
