Recent Review: this complex is in cold spring which is a great area, spacious & woodsy.rent is $650 +util which is the biggest pro about these apartments.the 2nd best aspect are the neighbors: very quiet, safe, & friendly.if you leave doors unlocked you'll still have your stereo in the morning.need to borrow a cup of sugar- no problem.however the land lord is very lax in responding to complaints.his crew of repair men don't speak english & are not repair men at all.by the time they leave you have more dammage than you started with.if the heat goes out in dec.- buy some blankets. if the sink starts to leak-buy some buckets.
