Recent Review: My first encounter with Ridgeview apartments was over the phone. I spoke with a very professional friendly leasing agent. She gave me all the information I needed and even directions to the property and we set up an appointment for the weekend. When I arrived at Ridgeview she was waiting and greeted me by name. We toured the property which is beautifully landscaped. I was unable to see a 1 bedroom apartment which is what I was interested in but I was able to see a 2 bedroom 1 1/2 bath. I was told the living room size and the bedroom size ofthat floor plan was the same as the 1 bedroom. I was very impressed at how well the model was decorated and I loved the open kitchen and the fact that the kitchen had plenty of cabinet space. The leasing agent was very knowledgeable and courteous and answered all of my questions and she even gave me suggustions on how to arrange my furniture in my new apartment home. Once we were done with the tour she gave me a site map so that I could pick out which location would be best for me based on the apartments available for my move in time period. I love the location of Ridgeview. I work in Hawthorne so I'm only about 10 minutes from work. I did lease at Ridgeview and my experience so far been a good one. I have had some maintenance issues but once I place a call in for my issues they have been resolved within 24 hours. Compared to other apartment communities in the area Ridgeview has the best location and for your money is the most affordable apartment home in Westchester County. I would recommend this community to all my friends.
