Recent Review: For such a nice neighborhood, I was amazed at how fast this place fell apart. Laundry room never worked right, you pay $130/month for a garage only to have the person next to you slam their car door into your vehicle daily. Towards the end the roaches became unbearable (even with monthly spraying).And to top it off they refused to return my security deposit when the apartment was left in pristine condition. I am stuck because NY law will only let me sue in the defendents county and I am across the country now.
