Recent Review: The apartment building is situated in a nice neighborhood that is a door step away from the Metro-north station.Extremely convenient for the commute into the city.Within walking distance to the grocery stores. However, the quality of the building structure (ie the walls)is a bit inferior.One major issue that I have with this building is the lack of privacy.The walls are extremely thin..reminded me of when I was living in the college dormitory.You don't even need to know them and yet you'll know how their days have been and what kind of television channels your next door neighbors like to watch or the music your upstairs neighbors like. In fact, you don't even need to turn on your own...just sit back and enjoy. You will also be privy to when they get up in the morning to get things out of their bureau (sounded like there was a gong going off in your ears each morning, so save your money on alarm clocks. In addition, the window insulation for noise and draft can also be improved upon. It's just that for the amount of rent I pay, I expected to have some peace and quiet, and privacy will be nice too.
